These Terms govern your use of chartzy.app and the Chartzy app at studio.chartzy.app, operated by an individual (“Chartzy”, “we”, “us”). By using Chartzy you agree to them. You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
The service
Chartzy lets you turn raw numbers into polished, on-brand charts, edit them with AI, and export or embed them. It’s provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and features may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You need an account to create and save charts. Keep your login secure and don’t share it. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using Chartzy and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your content
The data, charts, colors, and logos you add are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display them so we can run the service for you — including sending a chart to our AI provider when you ask for an AI edit. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t claim ownership of it.
Plans and payment
Chartzy has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payments provider on a recurring basis until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices and plan limits may change, and we’ll give notice of material changes before they affect you.
Acceptable use
Please use Chartzy lawfully. Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to, don’t use it to create anything unlawful or harmful, and don’t try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
Our content
Chartzy — including its branding, logos, software, and design — belongs to us. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Chartzy and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. You’re responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important — export the charts and data you need.
Termination
You can stop using Chartzy at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you can export your charts beforehand.
Changes & governing law
We’ll update these Terms as the product grows and change the “Last updated” date above when we do. They’re governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chartzy’s operator is principally located.
