These Terms govern your use of chartstudio.app and the ChartStudio waitlist, operated by an individual (“ChartStudio”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) to join the waitlist.
The site today
ChartStudio lets you turn raw numbers into polished, on-brand charts. The product is still in development; right now the site is pre-launch and its main feature is the waitlist. It’s provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and features may change.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or any particular feature. We may email you about early access and launch; you can opt out anytime.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t submit someone else’s email without permission, and don’t try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Our content
The site — including ChartStudio’s branding, logos, and design — belongs to us. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and ChartStudio and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Changes & governing law
We’ll update these Terms as the product grows — including when the app launches and adds accounts, the content you create, and paid plans. They’re governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChartStudio’s operator is principally located.
